Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and sustainability goals
- Lead negotiations with key suppliers for contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements
- Oversee supplier qualification, performance management, and relationship development
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through data-driven market analysis and process optimization
- Ensure compliance with international procurement policies, ethical sourcing, and risk management frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory levels
- Implement e-procurement systems and digital transformation initiatives
- Lead procurement team development and mentorship programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (Ariba, Coupa, SAP SRM)
- Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
