We're seeking a strategic leader to optimize our procurement operations across 15 countries. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for indirect spend categories (IT services, marketing, facilities)
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers across APAC region
- Implement and manage e-procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to inform procurement decisions
- Drive sustainability initiatives through supplier scorecards and carbon footprint tracking
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, operations, and finance
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and lead process improvement projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years procurement experience with 5+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in indirect spend categories and contract management
- Proven track record of achieving 15-20% cost savings
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and data analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Singaporean procurement regulations and APAC market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in multi-million dollar contracts
