Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for 200+ SKUs across 5 countries
- Lead vendor negotiations securing cost savings of 15-20% annually
- Implement risk mitigation protocols for supply chain disruptions
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, logistics, and finance teams
- Analyze market trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities
- Oversee ERP system optimization for procurement workflows
- Mentor a team of 5 procurement specialists
Qualifications
- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification mandatory
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of APAC trade regulations and logistics
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
