Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor negotiations, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across global supply chains
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supplier diversification and compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational needs
- Drive digital transformation of procurement processes using ERP/SRM systems
- Manage procurement budget and KPIs while ensuring sustainability goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract law
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets (15%+)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
