Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities, reducing total cost of ownership by 15% annually
- Lead vendor management initiatives, including performance tracking, relationship building, and contract renegotiation
- Drive procurement digital transformation by implementing AI-driven analytics and e-procurement platforms
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards and ESG requirements
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles from RFQ to contract execution for capital expenditures
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to inform proactive procurement strategies
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in management roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record of cost savings and vendor optimization in multinational environments
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract management
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
- Experience with APAC market dynamics and cross-border procurement regulations
