Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing favorable terms and risk mitigation
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovation partnerships
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from RFQ to contract finalization
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain procurement KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Oversee supplier performance management and relationship development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing/distribution
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with documented savings achievements
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects in matrixed organizations
