Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities (electronics, logistics, raw materials)
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers, achieving 15-20% cost savings annually
- Oversee supplier relationship management, including performance metrics and risk assessments
- Implement procurement automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance data analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives by integrating ESG criteria into vendor selection
- Manage cross-functional projects with engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Analyze market trends and leverage data to forecast price volatility and mitigate supply risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in SAP SRM and e-sourcing platforms (Coupa, Ariba)
- Proven track record in international sourcing and cross-cultural negotiations
- Advanced proficiency in spend analysis, cost modeling, and risk mitigation frameworks
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost optimization
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued for APAC markets
