Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans across 3+ commodity categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers in electronics and manufacturing sectors
- Implement cost-reduction initiatives targeting 15% annual savings
- Manage supplier risk assessments and ESG compliance frameworks
- Oversee procurement operations for 50+ cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation through ERP system optimization
- Mentor 3 junior procurement specialists
- Report on KPIs: Cost Savings, On-Time Delivery, Supplier Scorecards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in procurement/supply chain management with 5+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience in electronics/manufacturing procurement
- Advanced negotiation skills with $5M+ contract value
- Expertise in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
- APAC market knowledge and supplier network
