- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations securing 15-20% cost reduction targets
- Oversee supplier relationship management program with 200+ active vendors
- Implement ESG procurement initiatives aligned with ISO 20400 standards
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics for procurement optimization
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with rigorous cost controls
- Coordinate cross-functional procurement projects with engineering and operations teams
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CPSM or CIPS certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and risk mitigation
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of cost reduction and vendor innovation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data
