Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key commodities (raw materials, MRO, services)
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Implement and manage supplier relationship management programs
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to ensure supply chain continuity
- Drive procurement process optimization through ERP system integration
- Manage annual budget of $25M+ with 12% cost reduction targets
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and lead cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in management
- CPSM or CIPS certification preferred
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, TCO analysis, and contract management
- Proven track record of achieving cost reduction targets
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
