Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for direct/indirect materials across 15+ categories
- Lead complex negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to achieve 15%+ cost savings
- Implement supplier scorecards and performance management frameworks
- Drive digital transformation through ERP/SRM system optimization
- Manage $50M+ annual procurement budget with zero tolerance for compliance breaches
- Lead cross-functional category teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Conduct market research and risk analysis for supply chain resilience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent professional designation
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and total cost analysis
- Proven success in managing global supplier relationships
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and Power BI analytics
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin highly desirable
