Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience in multinational corporations
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction initiatives
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP Ariba or Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Strong leadership experience managing procurement teams of 5+ professionals
