Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies for key commodities across 15+ suppliers
- Lead vendor negotiations resulting in 10-15% annual cost reduction targets
- Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle from RFQ to contract execution
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and optimize team workflows
- Oversee ERP system implementation and procurement process digitalization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving measurable cost savings and efficiency gains
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in complex international contracts
