Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of procurement/sourcing experience with 3+ in leadership
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement tools
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and cost reduction
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Experience managing global supplier networks
- Knowledge of international trade regulations
