Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for $50M+ annual spend across 15+ commodity categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations, achieving 15% average cost reduction through innovative contracting
- Implement and optimize e-procurement systems with 3+ years' experience with SAP Ariba
- Manage cross-functional projects with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams
- Analyze market trends and risk factors to inform procurement strategies
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and CSR procurement standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years progressive procurement experience with $20M+ spend management
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-sourcing platforms
- Proven track record in international vendor management and logistics
- Advanced data analysis skills with Excel Power BI or Tableau
- Strong project management credentials (PMP or Six Sigma)
- Experience in manufacturing or retail procurement preferred
