Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies for direct and indirect spend.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance procurement cycle times and operational agility.
- Build and maintain high-value relationships with key strategic vendors to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to proactively mitigate supply chain risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with organizational objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with global procurement policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification (CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM) strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
