Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement cycles across multiple categories (raw materials, MRO, IT services)
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve 15%+ cost reduction targets
- Manage and negotiate contracts with Tier-1 suppliers and key vendors
- Analyze market trends and leverage data analytics to mitigate supply chain risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Implement and maintain supplier performance metrics and KPIs
- Drive sustainability initiatives in procurement processes and vendor selection
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster team development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in management
- CIPS or CPSM certification strongly preferred
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and vendor relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred) and data analysis tools
- Exceptional negotiation skills with track record of complex contract management
- Deep understanding of APAC markets and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
