Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supply chain resiliency.
- Negotiate complex vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to maximize enterprise value.
- Analyze market trends and spend data to identify opportunities for process optimization and vendor consolidation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with broader company goals.
- Manage vendor performance metrics and conduct periodic business reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Mentor and lead junior procurement analysts to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain roles.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar budgets and vendor negotiations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI).
- Strong knowledge of global trade compliance, risk mitigation, and sustainable procurement practices.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
