Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for strategic categories
- Lead complex vendor negotiations and contract management for global suppliers
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-reduction initiatives
- Manage supplier performance and relationship development programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive sustainability initiatives in the supply chain
- Lead procurement transformation projects and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in management
- CIPS/ISM certification or equivalent procurement credentials
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, and contract law
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
