Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes for strategic commodities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost and quality
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate high-value contracts
- Implement procurement analytics tools for data-driven decision making
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in management role
- CIPS/ISM certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and e-procurement platforms
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
