Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead contract negotiations with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Perform rigorous market analysis and benchmarking to identify new vendors and sustainable procurement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and Operations, to align procurement activities with organizational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance through KPIs and regular compliance audits.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, from RFQ/RFP issuance to final contract execution.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives that drive significant bottom-line impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in strategic procurement, category management, or purchasing roles.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel.
- Proven track record of successful vendor negotiations and contract management.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and leadership communication skills.
- Certification in CPSM, CSCP, or PMP is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global supply chain logistics and international procurement regulations.
