Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key commodities
- Lead supplier negotiations and contract management to optimize cost savings
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business objectives
- Drive digital transformation in procurement processes using SAP Ariba
- Manage KPIs including cost savings, supplier performance, and sustainability metrics
- Mentor junior procurement professionals and foster continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in procurement with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract law, and supplier relationship management
- Proven experience managing cross-border procurement in APAC
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Ariba) and data analytics
- Strong negotiation skills with measurable cost-saving achievements
