Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for key categories including IT hardware, cloud services, and logistics
- Lead vendor negotiations securing favorable terms while ensuring compliance with ESG standards
- Analyze market trends and data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks
- Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships across engineering, finance, and operations teams
- Implement and optimize procurement systems including ERP and e-sourcing platforms
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Expertise in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba and procurement analytics tools
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ cost savings in complex procurement cycles
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory requirements
