Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end procurement strategies for high-value categories
- Lead cross-functional negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms
- Analyze market trends and implement cost-saving initiatives across 15+ supplier portfolios
- Oversee supplier relationship management and performance monitoring systems
- Drive digital transformation by implementing e-procurement platforms
- Ensure compliance with ISO 20400 sustainable procurement standards
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic procurement with 3+ years in managerial roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP Ariba preferred)
- Expertise in category management and total cost analysis
- Strong stakeholder management skills across APAC regions
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly advantageous
