Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies across 15+ categories
- Lead contract negotiations with Fortune 500 vendors securing $5M+ annually
- Implement and optimize procurement technologies (SAP Ariba, Coupa)
- Drive sustainability initiatives achieving 30% carbon reduction in supply chain
- Manage global supplier relationships and performance metrics
- Conduct market analysis and risk assessment for critical commodities
- Lead cross-functional procurement projects with 10+ stakeholders
- Mentor junior procurement specialists to build high-performing teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years procurement experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- CIPS or CPSM certification required
- Proven success in international sourcing and complex negotiations
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics
- Strong understanding of APAC market dynamics and regulatory compliance
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
