Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.
- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and contract auditing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement goals with operational demand and inventory requirements.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain risks to proactively mitigate disruptions.
- Negotiate complex service agreements and master purchase contracts to ensure favorable terms.
- Lead strategic initiatives for sustainability and ethical sourcing within our supplier network.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or high-volume procurement roles.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build long-term vendor partnerships.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex spend data and market trends.
- Professional certification (CPSM or CSCP) is highly desirable.
