Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to reduce costs and mitigate risk.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and service level agreements with international suppliers.
- Monitor global market trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the procurement lifecycle, from RFPs to final supplier onboarding.
- Implement data-driven analytics to evaluate supplier performance and optimize spend.
- Foster long-term, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.
- Ensure full compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and internal procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and large-scale contract management.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desired.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and procurement best practices.
