Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global procurement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality.
- Lead contract negotiations with Tier-1 suppliers to secure favorable terms and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze spend patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and vendor consolidation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and Logistics teams to streamline the procurement lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing operations, including RFP/RFQ processes and performance benchmarking.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal governance policies and international regulatory standards.
- Mentor and lead a team of procurement specialists to achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management.
- Proven track record of managing high-value contracts and large-scale vendor portfolios.
- Expertise in ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced data analytics tools.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global trade compliance and sustainability best practices.
