You will play a pivotal role in shaping our purchasing architecture, leveraging data-driven insights to negotiate high-stakes contracts and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with Tier 1 suppliers to ensure favorable terms and risk mitigation.
- Conduct deep-dive market analysis to identify emerging trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supply risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to align procurement KPIs with company growth objectives.
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles for direct and indirect spend categories.
- Implement and oversee supplier performance management frameworks to ensure adherence to SLA standards.
- Mentor junior procurement analysts and foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Expert-level proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spend portfolios.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and an analytical mindset with strong data modeling capabilities.
- CPSM or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and vendor compliance standards.
