Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive category sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve supply security.
- Lead complex contract negotiations with global suppliers, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance standards.
- Analyze spend patterns and market trends to identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Manage end-to-end supplier performance, conducting regular business reviews to enforce KPIs and SLAs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations and Finance to align procurement activity with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior procurement specialists and foster a high-performance departmental culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or CPSM certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and direct procurement.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual spends across international markets.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Coupa) and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a deep understanding of contract law and supply chain risk management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business intelligence.
