Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive global sourcing strategies to achieve cost-saving targets.
- Manage end-to-end contract negotiations for direct and indirect spend categories.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard high-performing suppliers to ensure operational excellence.
- Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive market analysis and contingency planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with corporate objectives.
- Oversee supplier performance reviews and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, cost-reduction opportunities, and process inefficiencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Finance.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or strategic sourcing.
- Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts and managing high-value supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional certification such as CPSM or CSCP is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and procurement best practices.
