Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on complex public policy issues, including infrastructure modernization and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare high-level briefing materials, white papers, and legislative recommendations for executive leadership.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and community organizations to gather diverse perspectives.
- Monitor legislative developments and assess their potential impact on current government operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with policymakers and industry leaders to advocate for strategic initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder meetings and present findings to executive boards and legislative committees.
Qualifications
- Masterās degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or a related field (Bachelorās degree with significant relevant experience will be considered).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government affairs, public policy analysis, or a related sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable policy documents.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with data analysis tools and government reporting frameworks is highly preferred.
- U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
