Responsibilities
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations aligned with federal strategic objectives
- Lead cross-departmental stakeholder engagements to ensure policy coherence
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis using advanced data modeling techniques
- Prepare high-impact briefing notes and cabinet submissions for senior leadership
- Monitor policy implementation effectiveness through KPI tracking and evaluation frameworks

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of federal/provincial policy development experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or Python)
- Proven track record of delivering cabinet-ready policy recommendations
- Deep understanding of Canada's legislative and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional written communication with published policy papers
- Security clearance at the Secret level (or ability to obtain)
- CHRP/CIPPS certification preferred
