Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical drug development studies
- Oversee analytical method validation and stability testing for novel compounds
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CMC, Toxicology, Clinical) to drive candidate selection
- Develop and optimize analytical protocols using HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopy techniques
- Present research findings at scientific conferences and regulatory agencies
- Mentor junior scientists and foster a collaborative research environment
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in bioanalytical method development and validation (ICH Q2 guidelines)
- Proven track record in IND-enabling studies and regulatory documentation
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Proficiency with GMP/GLP principles and regulatory compliance
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary drug discovery projects
