Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of complex pharmaceutical experiments and clinical trials
- Develop and optimize novel drug formulations with enhanced bioavailability and stability
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, and GMP regulations throughout product lifecycle
- Mentor junior scientists and coordinate cross-functional R&D projects
- Author regulatory submissions, patents, and high-impact scientific publications
- Implement advanced analytical techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR) for compound characterization
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation development and preclinical/clinical research
- Deep knowledge of regulatory pathways and quality management systems
- Strong proficiency in analytical methodologies and statistical data analysis
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary project environments
- Published research in peer-reviewed pharmaceutical journals
