Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret biological data using advanced statistical methods
- Present research findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor junior scientists and foster innovation in laboratory practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of industry experience in drug development
- Expertise in cell-based assays and molecular biology techniques
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Strong knowledge of regulatory pathways for pharmaceutical products
- Experience with GLP/GMP documentation and quality systems
