Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to evaluate novel drug candidates
- Lead cross-functional teams in formulation development and stability testing
- Analyze pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic data using advanced analytical techniques
- Prepare regulatory documentation and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and drive continuous improvement in lab methodologies
- Collaborate with CRO partners to accelerate clinical trial readiness
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug formulation development and analytical characterization
- Strong understanding of GMP/GLP regulations and IND/CTA preparation
- Advanced proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS, and cell-based assays
- Demonstrated success in leading preclinical research programs
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to stakeholders
- Track record of peer-reviewed publications in pharmaceutical research
