Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug development projects from preclinical to Phase III trials
- Design and execute robust formulation strategies for biologics and small molecules
- Oversee analytical method development and validation under GMP standards
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA/BLA) and interact with health authorities
- Mentor junior scientists and cross-functional R&D teams
- Stay current with emerging technologies like AI-driven drug discovery
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or related life science field
- 8+ years' experience in pharmaceutical R&D with 3+ in leadership
- Proven expertise in formulation development for complex APIs
- Strong track record of regulatory submissions and compliance
- Advanced knowledge of GMP/GLP and quality management systems
- Publication record in peer-reviewed journals or patents
- Experience with biologics and cell-based therapeutics preferred
