Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to validate drug candidates
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing research methodologies and protocols
- Analyze genomic/proteomic data using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Author regulatory documents and scientific publications
- Collaborate with CROs on clinical trial design and execution
- Mentor junior scientists and foster innovation within the department
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in cell-based assays and high-throughput screening
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- FDA/EMA regulatory compliance knowledge
- Experience with GLP/GMP laboratory practices
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
