Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex experiments in drug discovery and preclinical development

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related life science field
- 5+ years of industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D
- Expertise in cell-based assays and molecular biology techniques
- Proven track record of leading drug discovery projects
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines
