Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of preclinical studies for novel therapeutics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize drug formulations

- Prepare regulatory documentation and clinical trial protocols
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences
- Stay current with emerging technologies in pharmaceutical research
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in in-vivo and in-vitro drug development
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- FDA/ICH regulatory compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in analytical instrumentation (HPLC, LC-MS/MS)
- Experience with GLP/GMP laboratory environments
