Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex preclinical research protocols for oncology drug candidates
- Optimize cell-based assays and high-throughput screening platforms for target validation
- Analyze multi-omics datasets (genomic/proteomic) to identify novel therapeutic pathways
- Present research findings to FDA and international regulatory bodies during IND submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and coordinate CRO partnerships for preclinical development
- Author regulatory documentation and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in oncology drug discovery and translational research
- Proficiency in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing and primary cell culture techniques
- Strong track record of IND-enabling studies and regulatory interactions
- Publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Experience with GLP-compliant preclinical studies and safety pharmacology
