Responsibilities
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of complex preclinical research studies
- Develop and validate novel analytical methods for compound characterization
- Author comprehensive study reports and regulatory documentation
- Mentor junior scientists and facilitate cross-departmental collaboration
- Stay current with emerging technologies in drug discovery and development
- Participate in intellectual property strategy and patent preparation
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life science field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical R&D
- Proven expertise in HPLC, LC-MS, and spectroscopic techniques
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals
- FDA/ICH GMP/GLP compliance knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills
