Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end experimental design for high-throughput screening of small molecule candidates.
- Analyze complex biological data sets using statistical software to identify lead compounds.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Medicinal Chemistry and Bioinformatics, to optimize drug candidates.
- Author high-quality technical reports, SOPs, and regulatory filings (IND/NDA support).
- Mentor junior researchers and technicians in laboratory safety and advanced analytical techniques.
- Present research findings at internal executive reviews and external industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in drug discovery.
- Demonstrated expertise in cell-based assays, protein expression, and ligand-binding studies.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or GraphPad Prism for data visualization and statistical analysis.
- Strong understanding of FDA/EMA regulatory guidelines for drug development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge complex science and business objectives.
