Responsibilities

- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to identify promising candidates for pre-clinical development.
- Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure milestones are met within rigorous timelines.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and innovation.
- Draft high-quality technical reports and patent filings for internal and regulatory review.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate molecular findings into patient-centric outcomes.
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in pharmaceutical research.
- Proven track record of scientific publication and successful drug candidate characterization.
- Expertise in high-throughput screening, CRISPR, or advanced cell-based assays.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in R, Python, or Prism for data interpretation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders.
