Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of complex in vitro/vivo experiments for drug candidate validation
- Develop and optimize novel assay platforms for target identification and compound screening
- Analyze and interpret biological data using advanced statistical methods and bioinformatics tools
- Author regulatory documentation and scientific publications for FDA submissions
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to lab protocol standardization
- Collaborate with CROs on preclinical development milestones
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in assay development and high-throughput screening methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Deep knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations and IND-enabling studies
- Proficiency with CRISPR, flow cytometry, and next-gen sequencing
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional project teams
