Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related life science field
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical R&D with drug discovery focus
- Expertise in cell-based assays and compound screening methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals
- Proven track record of leading successful preclinical research projects
- Experience with GLP-compliant laboratory practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
