Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end drug discovery projects from target validation to lead optimization.
- Design and execute complex high-throughput screening assays.
- Analyze multi-dimensional biological data sets to identify novel therapeutic targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pharmacology and clinical operations.
- Author scientific reports, patent filings, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Present research findings to senior executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in assay development and molecular signaling pathways.
- Proficiency in R, Python, or specialized statistical software for data analysis.
- Strong track record of scientific publication and patent contributions.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
