Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex preclinical studies to evaluate drug efficacy and safety profiles
- Lead molecular biology assays and high-throughput screening for novel compound identification
- Analyze and interpret large-scale genomic and proteomic data using advanced bioinformatics tools
- Prepare regulatory documentation (IND/CTA) and ensure compliance with FDA/EMA guidelines
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate research findings into actionable therapeutic strategies
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in drug discovery methodologies, including in vitro/vivo models
- Strong proficiency in next-generation sequencing and CRISPR-Cas9 technologies
- Demonstrated success in publishing high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with regulatory affairs and GMP/GLP compliance frameworks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in cross-functional teams
