Responsibilities

- Collaborate with CROs and academic institutions for translational research initiatives
- Prepare regulatory documentation and IND-enabling study reports
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory protocols
- Present findings at industry conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmacology, Chemistry, or related life sciences with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in in vivo pharmacology and molecular biology techniques
- Proven track record of leading drug discovery projects from concept to IND
- Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulatory requirements for preclinical studies
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience
